ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The Indie Atlantic Films Give Back program was started as a way to give nonprofits a quality video to use as a tool to tell their story. Our typical recipient for the Give Back program includes small and startup nonprofits in Florida and sometimes around the globe. The typical video created gives a brief look into the mission and vision of the nonprofit. Videos are typically for web or presentation use, one to three minutes in length, and include one filming day.

Broadcast videos are not available through the Give Back program.

Guidelines for Submission

Video requests for the program are reviewed on a monthly basis and must be submitted at least six months prior to the event/due date (longer times may apply for international travel) to be considered. A response to your request will be sent to you within thirty business days. If your request is approved, you will receive an official confirmation by email. Due to the high volume of requests received, we are unable to confirm the status of requests or receipt of requests by telephone.

Although we are honored to receive many charitable requests, we are not able to support them all. Organizations are limited to one request per calendar year. If travel is more than fifty miles from the Lakeland area, all travel expenses must be paid by the organization receiving the Give Back video.
