We’re a video production company made up of creative filmmakers. Based in Lakeland, FL, we thrive on quality production and beautiful storytelling. We know that telling a great story takes more than beautiful shots, but connecting with an audience. Our mission is to tell stories that matter.

ANDY MCENTIRE

FOUNDER / DIRECTOR

Andy founded Indie Atlantic Films in 2006 and has a passion for cinematic storytelling. He is also a co-founder of Indie Atlantic Studios, a company that houses and creates scripted and unscripted feature films. Andy has directed and produced featured documentaries, TV shows, and commercials. He was an Executive Producer on the award-winning documentary, Fly Like a Girl, streaming on Hulu and Amazon Prime. Beyond film, Andy and his wife Ashley co-own Concord Coffee and love camping in their Airstream with their two boys. Find Andy fly fishing from the creeks to the salt flats. @andymcentire

MATTHEW WIATT

SENIOR PRODUCER

Matt began his career in traditional broadcast television. He has worked on national TV series for ABC, PBS, Travel, Disney, and other networks. At Indie Atlantic Films, Matt has produced, edited, and directed films for clients across the United States. He is also one of the Executive Producers of the award-winning documentary, Fly Like a Girl.  Matt, a dyslexic thinker, brings a unique perspective to his creative endeavors, infusing them with innovative solutions and unconventional approaches. He is a graduate of Flagler College and is also a co-founder of Indie Atlantic Studios, a company that houses and creates scripted and unscripted feature films. @wiatt

Joe Boccia

SENIOR supervisor: POST PRODUCTION + visual effects

Joe comes with years of experience in VFX, Motion Graphics Animation and editing. He’s worked with multiple agencies and CVB destinations as well as national brands. He’s a graduate of the International Academy of Design and Technology. Joe’s Interests: Film, History, CGI, Old School Analogue Visual Effects, Science Fiction, Anime and Comics, Toys, Art, & Title Sequences. Joe’s Hobbies: Toy and Model Painting, Kitbash Model Building, Knife Making, Block Printing, Minor Woodworking and Leathercraft, & CGI.

KENT EVERETT

PRODUCER

Kent enjoys collaborating on all aspects of the production process. He is a graduate of Florida Southern College with a degree in Communications focused in Film, as well as Digital Media. Kent has worked on multiple productions, including national commercials, internationally distributed podcasts, and branded entertainment. Kent's passion for storytelling stems from his first experience on set - at the age of 14 - in his home state of Maine.

TJ ZIMMERMAN

PrODUCER / FAA Certified Drone Pilot

TJ has a love for film production, the outdoors and fostering a sense of community with the people he meets  He is a graduate from Florida Southern College and has always been connected to the Central Florida area.  Being a Co-Owner in Concord Coffee, he has loved creating a place for people to gather and building relationships.  TJ loves spending time with his wife Lindsay and son Landen out in the woods or on the beach.

PERRIN SOROOSH

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

With a degree in Corporate Communication from The University of Texas at Austin, Perrin is interested in all facets of communication and production. During her academic journey, she explored many aspects of communication including journalism, advertising, and film. Perrin has gained industry experience in marketing and production by developing short form and social content. Her hands-on filmmaking includes producing a short documentary. Passionate about storytelling, she is particularly intrigued by the connection between film and music, and the power music has in conveying a story in film.
